There is no guarantee for absolute symmetry in bilateral procedures.

Always follow the instructions of the medical doctor.

It is highly recommended to have a planned check-up between 14 and 21 days after the treatment.

Unsatisfactory services should be reported to our staff as soon as possible for prompt resolution.

We may offer a complimentary follow-up service or adjustment to address specific concerns.

The lability of PHENOMENA Maison is limited to direct damage and to the amount paid out under the liability insurance in the case in question (increased by the amount of the deductible applicable under the insurance that is not borne by the insurer according to the policy conditions), with a maximum equal to the treatment costs charged or to be charged.

Compensation of indirect damages, including in any case but not exclusively side effects and consequential damages, is excluded at all times.

Clients can request a resend of their appointment confirmation if needed.

**14. Rescheduling by PHENOMENA:**

In the rare event that we need to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to accommodate you with a new appointment at your convenience.

If the client is not satisfied with the service and/or execution of the treatment agreement of PHENOMENA Maison of Beauty and Health. The client is obliged to report these complaints as soon as possible.

PHENOMENA Maison of Beauty and Health is connected to a recognized complaints and disputes committee (DOKH).

This satisfies PHENOMENA Maison of Beauty and Health of set guidelines within the law of quality, complaints, and disputes care (WKKGZ).

Complaints are served directly by the patient thru to the staff or management. *Via phone and digitally thru mail or the website

**22. Entire Agreement:**

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PHENOMENA Maison of Beauty and Health and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

Any amendments or modifications to these Terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties to be considered valid.

Agreement of injectables

The treatment agreement is established at the moment that the patient gives an order to PHENOMENA Maison of Beauty and Health to carry out any treatments. Clients can only enter into a treatment agreement if it has been established that the client:

  • In the event of supervision, shelter and/or outreach, patients follows instructions.
  • Is aware of the management at PHENOMENA Maison of Beauty and Health in case of complications, and contacts immediately as discussed during instructions.
  • Completed the treatment form completely and truthfully (anamnesis form);
  • All questions about treatment have been asked and answered.

PHENOMENA Maison of Beauty and Health will provide a statement of the costs involved in the treatment prior to the conclusion of the agreement. The costs of continued treatment and aftercare are not included, unless otherwise stated or PHENOMENA Maison of Beauty and Health their duty of care dictates otherwise. By agreeing to the agreement, the client agrees and undertakes to pay the cost of treatment.

All offers made by PHENOMENA Maison of Beauty and Health are without obligation, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. PHENOMENA Maison of Beauty and Health has the right to refuse treatment subject to legal and/or behavioral and/or disciplinary regulations PHENOMENA Maison of Beauty and Health has the right to refuse an agreement without giving reasons. Such refusal does not entitle the client to compensation or any other compensation for refusing treatment. The client is obliged at all times to follow the house rules and reasonable instructions of PHENOMENA Maison of Beauty and Health.

**23. Severability:**

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

In such cases, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely aligns with the intent of the original provision.
